D2 Custom – Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Legal Disclosure

D2 Custom is a registered trade name and DBA (Doing Business As) of D2 IT Solutions LLC, a North Carolina Limited Liability Company. All services provided, including firearm transfers and website access, are governed by the parent entity, D2 IT Solutions LLC.

2. FFL Transfer Operations & Shop Policy

D2 Custom is a home-based business. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following operational rules:

• Appointment Only: We do not accept walk-ins. You must have a firearm transfer in our possession and have received a notification of availability before booking. Please respect the privacy of our residence.

• Arrival Etiquette: Please park on the side of the road in front of the house. Do not block driveways. The shop is located in the attached garage. Call, text, or ring the doorbell to the left of the garage door upon arrival.

• Climate Control: The garage door may be closed during appointments to maintain heat or A/C.

• Identification Requirements: You MUST present a valid North Carolina Driver’s License. The address must match your current residence. If providing a NC CCW, the address must match your NC Driver’s License exactly. If they do not match, we cannot accept the CCW, and a NICS background check will be required.

3. Fees and Payments

• Transfer Fees: $50.00 per serialized item.

• Multi-Item Discount: A 25% discount ($37.50) is applied to each additional serialized transfer performed during the same appointment on the same day.

• Non-Refundable: Transfer fees are due regardless of whether a background check is Approved or Denied. This fee covers our time, administrative labor, and secure storage.

• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle ONLY. We do not accept Credit or Debit cards for firearm transfers.

4. Storage Fees & Abandoned Property

Space is limited in our secure safe. Storage fees are structured as follows:

• 0–14 Days: No charge.

• 15–42 Days (Weeks 3-6): $5.00 per week.

• Day 43+ (Week 7 and beyond): $5.00 per day.

• Returns: If a firearm must be returned to the seller (due to denial or customer request), all accrued storage fees must be paid to D2 Custom before the item is released for shipment.

5. Safety and Liability

• Safe Handling: All firearms entering or leaving the shop must be unloaded and encased. Do not unholster or brandish a firearm unless instructed by the FFL.

• Indemnification: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless D2 IT Solutions LLC (DBA D2 Custom), its members, and agents from any and all liability, damages, or expenses arising from the use, misuse, or mechanical failure of any firearm transferred through our facility.

6. Website Terms of Use

By accessing https://d2custom.com, you agree to the following:

• Cookies: We use required cookies to operate the site. By using the site, you consent to these necessary cookies. Third-party cookies may be used via integrated services (like video players).

• Intellectual Property: D2 IT Solutions LLC owns the intellectual property for all material on the website unless otherwise stated. Content may not be republished or redistributed without written consent.

• User Comments: D2 Custom does not pre-screen comments. We are not liable for user-posted opinions but reserve the right to remove any content deemed offensive or in breach of these terms.

• Hyperlinking: Government agencies, search engines, and news organizations may link to our site without prior approval. Other organizations must request permission by emailing info@d2custom.com and allowing 2-3 weeks for a response.

7. Disclaimer & Limits of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We exclude all representations and warranties relating to our website and its use.

• D2 Custom is not liable for any loss or damage of any nature resulting from the use of our free website information.

• Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that may not be excluded under North Carolina law.
